Quiz Pathshala provides support through email, support tickets, and online chat.
Registered users may create support tickets from the Help Center after logging in.
Non-registered users, visitors, payment users, copyright complainants,
privacy request users, and grievance complainants may contact us by email at
support@quizpathshala.in or
grievance@quizpathshala.in.
Emails received at support@quizpathshala.in are automatically
converted into support tickets. If an active ticket already exists for the same
conversation and has not been solved or closed, further replies will be added
to the same ticket.
Users may continue the support conversation through email and online chat
without logging in.
For grievance-related matters, users should contact
grievance@quizpathshala.in.
Phone support is not available at this stage.
What to Include in Your Message
Where relevant, please include your registered email address or mobile number,
order ID, transaction reference, affected page or URL, and a short description
of the issue.
For payment-related issues, please include proof or screenshots where available.
For copyright complaints, please include ownership details and exact page URLs.
Question Error Reports
If you believe that a quiz question, option, answer, explanation, or
result-related item is incorrect, please share the quiz name, question number,
screenshot if available, the suspected issue, and the answer or correction you
believe is accurate.
We may review such reports and correct, update, disable, or remove the relevant
content where appropriate.
Grievance Handling Note
For consumer, billing, access, refund, privacy, content, copyright, or
service-related complaints, we aim to acknowledge the complaint within
forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and redress it within one (1) month from
the date of receipt, subject to the information provided and applicable law.
For urgent content, copyright, platform misuse, security, fraud, or legal-risk
complaints, we may review and act faster where reasonably necessary.
