This Delivery and Access Policy explains how Quiz Pathshala provides access to its digital educational services and paid content.
All purchases on Quiz Pathshala relate to digital access, such as teacher plans, teacher subscriptions where applicable, student category access, Class 6 to Class 12 chapter-wise MCQs, competitive-exam content, paid quiz collections, and other digital educational features.
Quiz Pathshala does not ship physical products.
After successful payment verification, eligible digital access is generally activated within a reasonable time.
Activation may be delayed due to payment verification delays, gateway or network issues, fraud or security checks, technical errors, manual review, compliance review, or other operational requirements.
Student-side purchases such as category access or Class 6 to Class 12 chapter-wise content access are non-recurring digital access purchases unless recurring renewal or AutoPay is expressly shown at checkout. Teacher dashboard plans may be recurring where subscription / AutoPay is clearly displayed before authorization.
All services are delivered through the website or web application.
Users are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, browser, internet connection, and any account credentials required to access the service.
If payment is successful but access is not delivered within a reasonable time, you should contact support@quizpathshala.in with your order ID, transaction reference, registered email or mobile number, and supporting proof of payment where available.
We may request additional details before resolving the issue.
Access may be limited, delayed, suspended, or revoked if the account violates platform policies, age eligibility is not met, payment is disputed or reversed, fraud or misuse is suspected, the relevant plan period has expired, or we are required to act to comply with law or protect the rights of others.
Digital access granted through Quiz Pathshala is generally linked to the account through which the purchase or entitlement is provided.
Sharing, reselling, or unlawfully transferring access may result in suspension, restriction, or termination.
