These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quiz Pathshala, including our website, web application, teacher dashboard, learner features, quizzes, paid services, and related functionality (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Quiz Pathshala is an independent educational and practice-oriented platform that may provide chapter-wise and topic-wise MCQs for Classes 6 to 12, competitive-exam practice content, teacher-created quizzes, teacher dashboard features, learner practice tools, paid and free digital content, and related educational services.
Quiz Pathshala is intended only for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that your use of the platform complies with applicable law.
Minors may not register or use the platform independently. We may require age or identity verification where reasonably necessary.
Teacher: Teachers may use the teacher dashboard to create, organize, schedule, publish, and manage quizzes, MCQs, explanations, categories, and related educational content, subject to the platform's rules and applicable plan limitations.
Learner: Learners may access eligible free quizzes and may purchase or access paid categories, chapter-wise content, or competitive-exam material in accordance with the relevant plan or purchase.
Although the Services may include school-level content aligned with Classes 6 to 12, such content is intended only for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, such as teachers, tutors, coaching operators, institutions, parents, guardians, and adult learners.
The presence of school-level content must not be interpreted as an invitation or authorization for minors to register or use the platform independently.
Eligible parents or lawful guardians who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may use Quiz Pathshala through their own adult account for their child’s educational support. A parent or lawful guardian may allow a child, under their supervision, to view or practice educational content through the parent’s or guardian’s account. The child may not create, own, control, or independently operate an account on Quiz Pathshala. The parent or lawful guardian must retain control of the account and its login credentials.
Parents or lawful guardians should not enter or provide a child’s personal information unless a platform feature expressly requires such information and the applicable consent and legal requirements have been satisfied.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected misuse.
You are responsible for activities occurring under your account unless prohibited by law.
We may suspend or restrict access where identity, age, payment, or security verification remains incomplete or suspicious.
Teachers are solely responsible for content they create, upload, publish, or distribute through Quiz Pathshala.
Teacher content must be original, licensed, or otherwise lawfully used and must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, database, or other rights.
Teachers must not upload copied material from books, PDFs, websites, coaching material, paid resources, or other proprietary sources without rights; must not upload pirated content, leaked papers, or unauthorized answer keys; and must not upload content promoting cheating, exam malpractice, or illegal conduct.
Teachers may offer their content only in the ways expressly supported by the platform. Unless expressly permitted by Quiz Pathshala, teachers may not directly charge learners outside or around the platform's intended model for teacher-created content.
The platform design, branding, software, database structure, and proprietary platform materials are owned by or licensed to Quiz Pathshala unless otherwise stated.
Teachers retain ownership of their original content, subject to the licenses granted under these Terms and related policies.
By uploading or publishing content, teachers grant Quiz Pathshala a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, moderate, and use such content for operating, securing, administering, improving, and promoting the Services.
Any paid or free access granted to a user is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable unless we expressly state otherwise. This does not prevent a parent or lawful guardian from allowing supervised educational use by their child as permitted under Section 6, provided that the parent or guardian retains control of the account and login credentials.
You agree not to misrepresent your age or identity, share or transfer your account unlawfully, resell or unlawfully share paid content, bypass payment or access controls, scrape or mass-download platform content without permission, upload malware or harmful code, misuse refunds or chargebacks, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Certain quizzes may be viewable or attemptable in public or guest mode without long-term result storage.
Public or guest quiz results may be visible only during the current session and may not be permanently stored, recoverable, or linked to future paid access unless expressly stated otherwise.
Quiz Pathshala may offer paid plans, subscriptions, teacher dashboard plans, category access, chapter-wise content, competitive-exam content, and other digital educational services.
Pricing, access duration, included features, and any important usage limits will be shown on the relevant page or at checkout.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed through third-party processors such as Razorpay. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, plans do not auto-renew.
Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, as shown on the checkout page. If Quiz Pathshala is registered under GST or any applicable tax law, invoices or billing records may include tax details based on the transaction snapshot at the time of purchase.
Teacher dashboard plans may be offered either as one-time digital access plans or as recurring subscription / AutoPay plans, as clearly displayed on the relevant plan page or checkout page.
For recurring teacher dashboard plans, you authorize Quiz Pathshala and its payment processor, including Razorpay, to create a payment mandate and automatically charge the applicable renewal amount according to the selected billing cycle, such as monthly or yearly, unless the subscription is cancelled as per the available cancellation process.
The plan price, billing cycle, trial period if any, renewal date, access limits, cancellation terms, and applicable taxes, if any, will be shown before payment or mandate authorization.
Learner category access, Class 6 to Class 12 chapter-wise access, and other learner-side digital content purchases are non-recurring purchases unless AutoPay or recurring renewal is expressly shown at checkout.
If a teacher dashboard plan, trial, or teacher access remains inactive for a prolonged period, teacher-created inactive workspace data may be hidden, restricted, or deleted as described in the Educator / Teacher Terms and applicable platform policy.
All services are delivered digitally. Access is generally activated after successful payment verification, but activation may be delayed due to technical review, payment verification, security checks, fraud checks, or compliance reasons.
Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for reviewing that policy before purchase.
We may suspend, restrict, freeze, temporarily block, or terminate any account, teacher plan, quiz, category, or content with or without notice where we reasonably believe that these Terms or related policies have been violated, age restrictions are breached, payment abuse or suspicious activity is detected, law requires action, or platform integrity or third-party rights need protection.
We may disable quizzes or categories, remove or edit content, restrict dashboard features, or deny future access where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, moderation, or operational reasons.
Termination or restriction for policy violations may also affect eligibility for refunds, continued access, or future use of the platform.
Quiz Pathshala is an educational and practice-oriented platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Quiz Pathshala is not the official website, official partner, or official representative of any examination body, board, university, commission, publisher, or government recruitment body.
Quiz Pathshala is a practice and learning platform only. The platform must not be used to upload, create, sell, purchase, request, share, distribute, store, or promote leaked, confidential, unreleased, illegally obtained, or unauthorized official examination papers, answer keys, recruitment materials, board materials, government examination documents, or any content intended to facilitate cheating, impersonation, unfair means, or examination malpractice.
Any such content may be removed immediately without notice, and the related account may be suspended, restricted, or terminated. Quiz Pathshala may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required by applicable law.
References to exams, boards, classes, institutions, and trademarks are used only for identification, descriptive, and educational purposes.
We do not guarantee any particular marks, rank, selection, admission, job, or examination outcome. Users should independently verify official notifications, syllabi, eligibility, vacancies, dates, and results from official sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz Pathshala and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of paid services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Quiz Pathshala for the relevant service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quiz Pathshala and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your content, or your infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted with a revised date.
