Introduction

  • This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances in which payments made on Quiz Pathshala for digital educational services may be reviewed, refunded, credited, or treated as non-refundable.

1. Scope of Services
  • Quiz Pathshala primarily provides digital educational services and access-based products, including teacher plans, subscriptions, category access, paid Class 6 to Class 12 content, paid competitive-exam content, and other digital educational features.

  • No physical goods are shipped.

2. General Refund Rule
  • Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by us in writing, payments are generally non-refundable once eligible digital access has been activated, materially delivered, or substantially used.

3. Generally Non-Refundable Situations
  • Payments for activated teacher plans.

  • Payments for activated student subscriptions, category access, or other digital access products.

  • Payments for activated Class 6 to Class 12 chapter-wise content or competitive-exam content.

  • Digital services that have already been used, consumed, started, or substantially accessed.

  • Change-of-mind requests after access is granted.

  • Dissatisfaction based only on personal preference where the promised digital access has been provided.

  • Failure to review plan details, eligibility conditions, access duration, or policy terms before purchase.

4. Refundable or Reviewable Situations
  • We may review and, at our discretion, approve a refund, replacement, extension, or account credit in cases such as duplicate payment, incorrect multiple billing caused by a system error, payment deducted but order not created due to technical failure, or successful payment where eligible access is not delivered within a reasonable time due to a platform-side issue.

  • Exceptional cases may also be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Failed Transactions
  • If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the transaction may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment processor.

  • Where required, we may manually review the issue after receiving sufficient transaction details.

6. How to Request Refund Support
  • To request a refund review, email support@quizpathshala.in and provide your registered email address or mobile number, order ID, transaction ID or payment reference, payment date, amount paid, issue description, and supporting proof or screenshots where available.

7. Review, Processing, and Approval
  • We may request additional information before reviewing a claim.

  • If a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or payment-system rules.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, and network involved.

  • We may decline or delay refund handling while fraud checks, policy-violation reviews, chargeback reviews, or payment-status investigations remain pending.

8. Cancellation, Subscription, and AutoPay
  • Quiz Pathshala plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout or on the relevant plan page.

  • Teacher dashboard plans may be offered as recurring subscription / AutoPay plans. For such plans, cancellation stops future renewals only and does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current active billing period once access has been activated.

  • If a trial-based teacher dashboard plan is offered, the trial duration, first charge date, renewal amount, and cancellation option will be shown before payment mandate authorization. If the user cancels before the first paid billing date, future charges will be stopped as per the applicable subscription and payment processor rules, unless misuse, fraud, or policy violation is detected.

  • Failed renewal payments may result in retry attempts, grace-period access, temporary restriction, or expiry of access according to the plan rules shown on the platform.

  • Student category access, Class 6 to Class 12 chapter-wise content access, and other student-side digital purchases are non-recurring unless AutoPay or recurring renewal is expressly displayed at checkout.

9. Misuse and Abuse
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund claims in cases involving refund abuse, repeated unjustified requests, payment dispute or chargeback misuse, fraudulent activity, violation of platform terms, or suspicious conduct.

10. Policy Updates
  • We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions may be posted with a revised date.
