Quiz Pathshala is intended only for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Both Teacher and Student accounts are available only to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Although Quiz Pathshala may contain school-level educational content, including Class 6 to Class 12 material, the platform is intended only for eligible users who meet this age requirement.
If we discover or reasonably believe that a registered user is under 18, we may suspend, restrict, terminate, or otherwise take appropriate action regarding the account and related data as permitted by law.
Account Information: name, email address, mobile number, login credentials, role selection, date of birth, age declaration, confirmation that the user is eighteen (18) years of age or older, and profile details.
Teacher Information: teacher profile details, institution or coaching details if provided, teacher-created content, dashboard activity, plan or subscription data, and feature usage information.
Student Information: quiz attempts, scores, performance history, paid-access records, saved preferences, and related learner settings.
Payment and Transaction Information: order IDs, transaction references, payment status, amount paid, invoice or billing records, purchase details, and refund or dispute information. Payments may be processed through third-party partners such as Razorpay. We do not store your complete card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our own servers.
Technical and Log Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, timestamps, session logs, security logs, access logs, cookie identifiers, and similar technical data.
Communications and Support Data: emails, support requests, complaints, grievance records, screenshots, attachments, and correspondence you share with us.
Social Login Data: if you register or sign in through a third-party provider such as Google, we may receive basic profile information made available by that provider, such as name, email address, and profile image.
Public or Guest Quiz Usage Data: certain quizzes may be available in public or guest mode without permanent result storage. In such cases, we may still process limited technical and usage data for functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and security.

Teachers are not permitted to export, sell, disclose, publish, or otherwise misuse learner personal data outside lawful platform use.
We may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies for login and session management, preferences, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and core platform functionality.
You may control some cookie settings through your browser, but disabling them may affect functionality.
We may share information with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, communication vendors, cloud and infrastructure providers, security and fraud-prevention partners, professional advisors, auditors, and lawful authorities where required.
We may also share information in connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

Quiz Pathshala may be used by eligible parents or guardians who are eighteen (18) years of age or older to prepare, manage, or review educational practice material for their children. The child is not permitted to create or operate an independent account on the platform.
If a parent or guardian voluntarily enters a child’s name, nickname, class, learning progress, quiz performance, or similar information, they confirm that they are legally authorized to provide such information and consent to its processing for the limited educational purpose of using the platform.
Where possible, parents and guardians are encouraged to use nicknames or non-sensitive identifiers instead of full legal names of children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions may be posted on the platform with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
