Introduction

  • This Content and Copyright Policy applies to quizzes, questions, options, explanations, solutions, media, rich text, and other educational content made available on Quiz Pathshala, whether free or paid.

1. Independent and Original Content
  • Quiz Pathshala aims to provide original practice material. Content may be structured according to class, chapter, subject, topic, syllabus, learning outcomes, or exam pattern. However, the wording, options, explanations, examples, presentation, and arrangement of questions should be independently created, lawfully adapted, licensed, or otherwise lawfully used.

2. No-Copy Rule
  • Teachers and users must not upload, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise use copied textbook text, exercise questions, solved examples, screenshots, scans, diagrams, maps, tables, figures, answer keys, leaked papers, pirated content, paid coaching material, or proprietary material without lawful rights or permission.

  • Substantial copying from textbooks, websites, PDFs, apps, or proprietary resources without lawful rights is prohibited.

  • Quiz Pathshala is a practice and learning platform only. The platform must not be used to upload, create, sell, purchase, request, share, distribute, store, or promote leaked, confidential, unreleased, illegally obtained, or unauthorized official examination papers, answer keys, recruitment materials, board materials, government examination documents, or any content intended to facilitate cheating, impersonation, unfair means, or examination malpractice.

Any such content may be removed immediately without notice, and the related account may be suspended, restricted, or terminated. Quiz Pathshala may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required by applicable law.

3. School-Level and Competitive-Exam Content
  • Quiz Pathshala may offer free or paid Class 6 to Class 12 chapter-wise content and competitive-exam practice material.

  • Such content must be original, licensed, or otherwise lawfully used. Unlawful reproduction of copyrighted books, papers, coaching materials, answer keys, or proprietary resources is not permitted.

4. Use of Syllabus, Concepts, and References
  • Quiz Pathshala may create educational MCQs based on syllabus topics, chapters, concepts, learning outcomes, and publicly known academic subject areas. Using a syllabus, chapter name, topic name, concept, formula, fact, or learning objective as a reference is generally permitted.

  • However, users and teachers must not reproduce or closely copy the exact expression, wording, sequence, exercise questions, examples, explanations, diagrams, tables, answer keys, or proprietary presentation from textbooks, guidebooks, coaching materials, websites, PDFs, apps, or other protected sources unless they have lawful rights or permission.

  • MCQs should be independently written in fresh wording and should not be a disguised copy of protected source material.

5. Teacher and User-Generated Content
  • Teachers may publish content through the teacher dashboard. Teachers are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content is lawful and that they hold all necessary rights and permissions.

  • By uploading or publishing content, the teacher grants Quiz Pathshala a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, moderate, and make such content available as part of the platform's services.

6. AI-Assisted Content and Accuracy Responsibility
  • If content is created, rewritten, explained, translated, or assisted through AI tools or automated tools, the teacher or uploader remains fully responsible for ensuring that the content is accurate, lawful, original or lawfully used, non-infringing, age-appropriate for the relevant educational context, and suitable for publication.

  • AI-assisted generation does not excuse copyright infringement, factual inaccuracy, misleading content, unsafe content, copied source material, or policy violations. AI-generated explanations should be reviewed before publication.

7. Security, Formatting, and Platform Moderation
  • For security, compatibility, moderation, or operational reasons, Quiz Pathshala may sanitize, reformat, restrict, disable, or remove content, including unsafe HTML, scripts, embeds, executable code, or other material that may create technical or legal risk.

8. Content Accuracy and Error Reporting
  • Quiz Pathshala makes reasonable efforts to create, review, and improve educational content, but does not guarantee that every quiz question, option, answer, explanation, score calculation, or educational item will always be 100% accurate, complete, error-free, or up to date.

  • If a user believes that any question, option, answer, explanation, or result-related item contains an error, the user should report it with the quiz name, question number, screenshot if available, the suspected issue, and the answer or correction they believe is accurate. Quiz Pathshala may review such reports and may correct, update, disable, or remove the relevant content where appropriate.

9. Reporting and Takedown
