These Educator / Teacher Terms apply to any teacher, educator, coaching operator, or institution user who purchases a teacher plan or uses teacher dashboard features on Quiz Pathshala. These terms are an addendum to the main Terms and Conditions, and if there is a conflict, teacher-specific terms will govern teacher-specific features.
Teachers may use the teacher dashboard to create, upload, import, organize, schedule, publish, and manage quizzes, questions, options, explanations, and related educational content, subject to available features and plan limitations.
Where supported by the platform, teachers may make quizzes public, private, password-protected, or otherwise access-controlled using available platform tools.
Teachers may create content for free learner access or restricted learner access as permitted by the platform.
Unless Quiz Pathshala expressly allows otherwise, teachers may not independently charge learners around or outside the platform's intended content-access model for teacher-created content.
Teachers are solely responsible for the content they upload, create, publish, or share through Quiz Pathshala.
By using teacher features, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, have all necessary rights and permissions in the content you upload, and that your content complies with law and platform policies.
You retain ownership of your original content, subject to applicable law.
By uploading or publishing content, you grant Quiz Pathshala a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, distribute, moderate, and make the content available as part of the platform's services.
Teachers must not upload copied textbook material, exercise questions, solved examples, explanations, diagrams, tables, answer keys, screenshots, scans, PDFs, website content, guidebook content, coaching material, or paid resources without lawful rights or permission.
Teachers must not upload pirated content, leaked exam papers, unauthorized answer keys, copyrighted diagrams or images without rights, content promoting cheating or exam malpractice, defamatory or hateful content, obscene content, misleading content, malware, malicious code, or unsafe scripts and embeds.
Teachers must not use Quiz Pathshala to upload, create, sell, share, distribute, store, or promote leaked, confidential, unreleased, illegally obtained, or unauthorized official examination papers, answer keys, recruitment materials, board materials, government examination documents, or any content intended to facilitate cheating, impersonation, unfair means, or examination malpractice.
Any such content may be removed immediately without notice, and the related teacher account may be suspended, restricted, or terminated. Quiz Pathshala may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required by applicable law.
If a teacher uses AI tools or automated tools to draft or assist with content creation, the teacher remains fully responsible for verifying the accuracy, originality, legality, and suitability of the published content.
AI-assisted content that is infringing, misleading, low-quality, or policy-violating may be removed or restricted.
Teachers should review and verify questions, options, correct answers, explanations, and scoring logic before publishing. Quiz Pathshala does not guarantee that teacher-created or AI-assisted content will always be 100% accurate, complete, error-free, or up to date.
If users report a question or answer error, the teacher may be required to review, correct, update, disable, or remove the relevant content where appropriate.
Where teacher analytics are available, teachers may view attempt-related data only for quizzes they created or manage and only for lawful educational purposes within the platform.
Teachers must not export, sell, disclose, publish, or otherwise misuse learner personal data.
Teachers must not contact learners for unrelated marketing without lawful basis and, where required, valid consent.
Quiz Pathshala may review, sanitize, disable, remove, edit, or restrict educator content at any time, including upon complaints, rights claims, policy violations, technical risk, or legal notices.
We may suspend, freeze, block, restrict, or terminate teacher accounts, plans, categories, quizzes, or dashboard access for violations or operational reasons.
Teacher plans are billed as shown at checkout. Teacher dashboard plans may be offered as one-time plans or recurring subscription / AutoPay plans, as clearly displayed on the relevant plan page or checkout page.
For recurring teacher dashboard plans, the billing cycle, trial period if any, renewal amount, renewal date, cancellation option, access limits, and applicable taxes, if any, will be shown before payment or mandate authorization.
Cancellation of a recurring teacher dashboard plan stops future renewals only and does not automatically create a refund for the current active billing period once access has been activated.
Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A teacher account or plan suspended or terminated for policy violations may be ineligible for refund.
Teacher dashboard access and plan entitlements are personal to the approved teacher account unless Quiz Pathshala expressly permits otherwise.
Unlawful account sharing, resale, sub-licensing, or transfer of teacher access may result in restriction or termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiz Pathshala, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Teacher Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
