How to report a wrong question, answer, or explanation?

Learn how to report incorrect questions, wrong answers, or explanation issues on Quiz Pathshala.

Quiz Pathshala tries to provide useful and accurate quiz content.

However, educational content may sometimes contain mistakes. If you find a wrong question, incorrect answer, spelling issue, option issue, or explanation problem, you can report it to Quiz Pathshala support.

What can you report?

You can report different types of content issues.

Question issue

Report a question if:

  • The question is incorrect

  • The question is incomplete

  • The question has confusing wording

  • The question has a typing or spelling mistake

  • The question does not match the topic or category

Answer issue

Report an answer if:

  • The marked correct answer seems wrong

  • More than one option seems correct

  • No option seems correct

  • The answer does not match the explanation

Explanation issue

Report an explanation if:

  • The explanation is missing

  • The explanation is incorrect

  • The explanation is confusing

  • The explanation does not match the correct answer

  • The explanation has spelling or formatting issues

Option issue

Report options if:

  • An option is repeated

  • An option is missing

  • Options are not clear

  • Options do not match the question

Where can I find question details?

You can find question details on the quiz result page.

After you attempt a quiz, open the result details page for that attempt.

Details available on the result page

On the result page, you may see details such as:

  • Quiz name

  • Category name

  • Subcategory name

  • Attempt details

  • Performance details

  • Question-wise review

Question ID or question number

In the question-wise review section, each question may show a question ID or question number in a badge format, such as Q1234.

The number after Q is the question ID.

For example, if the badge shows Q1234, then 1234 is the question ID.

When reporting a question issue, please include this question ID if available. It helps the support team find and review the exact question faster.

How to report a question issue

You can report the issue through support ticket or email.

Option 1: Create a support ticket

Use this option if you are logged in to your Quiz Pathshala account.

Step 1: Login to your account

Login to your Quiz Pathshala account.

If the issue is related to your quiz attempt or result, make sure you are using the same account from which you attempted the quiz.

Step 2: Open Help & Support

Go to the Help & Support section.

Step 3: Create a new ticket

Create a new support ticket and choose the issue type related to quiz, question, answer, explanation, or content error.

Step 4: Add question details

Write the issue clearly and include all important details.

Please include:

  • Quiz name

  • Category name

  • Subcategory name, if available

  • Question ID shown in badge format, such as Q1234

  • Question number, if available

  • Question text

  • What you think is wrong

  • Correct answer or explanation suggestion, if you know it

  • Screenshot, if available

Step 5: Submit the ticket

Submit the ticket after adding all details.

The support team will review the issue.

Option 2: Send an email to support

You can also report the issue by email.

You do not need to login to send an email.

Details to include in your email

Please include:

  • Your registered email address, if available

  • Quiz name

  • Category name

  • Subcategory name, if available

  • Question ID shown in badge format, such as Q1234

  • Question number, if available

  • Question text

  • Issue details

  • Screenshot, if available

What happens after reporting?

After you report an issue, Quiz Pathshala may review the question, answer, option, or explanation.

If the issue is valid

If the reported issue is found valid, Quiz Pathshala may correct, update, replace, or remove the question.

If more details are needed

If the support team needs more details, they may contact you or reply to your support ticket.

If the question is teacher-created

If the question was created by a teacher, Quiz Pathshala may review the report and may also take action based on platform rules and content policies.

Will my score change after reporting?

Reporting a question does not automatically change your score.

If a question is corrected later, result changes may depend on platform rules, quiz settings, and technical possibility.

Important note

Please report only genuine issues.

Do not report a question only because the answer was unexpected or difficult.

When reporting, always include enough details so the support team can identify the exact question and review it properly.

The question ID, such as Q1234, is very helpful for finding the exact question quickly.
