Refunds are reviewed as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy of Quiz Pathshala.
You can contact Quiz Pathshala support if there is a genuine payment or access issue.
You may request a payment review if:
You made a duplicate payment
Payment was successful but access was not activated
Money was deducted but the order was not created
You paid for the wrong category by mistake and did not use the access
There was a technical issue from the platform side
You need help checking a transaction

Quiz Pathshala mainly provides digital access.
Once learner category access, quiz access, teacher plan, dashboard access, or any digital service is activated and used, the payment may not be refundable.
If you purchase a category and then attempt quizzes from that category, the service is considered used.
In such cases, refund may not be provided because digital access has already been activated and used.
If you purchase a teacher plan and start using teacher dashboard features, the service is considered used.
For example, if you create categories, create quizzes, add questions, manage question banks, import questions, or use dashboard features after purchase, refund may not be provided.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Quiz Pathshala may approve, reject, or offer a suitable solution based on the payment status, access status, usage, and applicable policy.

You can also create a support ticket from the Quiz Pathshala platform.
To create a support ticket from the platform, you must login to your Quiz Pathshala account.
After login, open the Help & Support section and create a support ticket for your refund or payment issue.
Add all required details so the support team can review your request properly.
After receiving your request, Quiz Pathshala may check your payment and access details.
The support team may verify:
Payment status
Order status
Access activation status
Duplicate payment status
Usage of the purchased access
Applicable refund policy
After review, you may receive an update about whether your request is approved, rejected, or needs more details.
If a refund is approved, it is usually processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time taken to receive the amount may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
If money was deducted but payment failed, the amount may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider.
This may take some time depending on your payment method.
If the amount is not reversed within the expected time, contact your bank or payment provider and also share the payment details with Quiz Pathshala support if needed.
Do not submit multiple refund requests for the same issue.
Do not make repeated payments immediately if the first payment is pending.
Always keep your payment screenshot, transaction ID, or payment reference safe until the issue is resolved.
