How do I request a refund or payment review?
Send a refund request with purchase details for policy-based review.
Send a support ticket or email support@quizpathshala.in with the transaction and reason. A request does not guarantee a refund.
Review can cover a confirmed duplicate charge, successful payment without access, a missing order, wrong unused purchase or platform technical issue. Explain the circumstances instead of assuming all digital purchases are refundable.
Request a review
- State the reason: duplicate payment, missing paid access, wrong purchase or platform technical issue.
- Include registered email, category/plan, duration, amount, payment date/time, transaction reference and Order ID if available.
- Attach payment confirmation and explain whether access was activated or used.
- Submit once and follow up in the same ticket/email thread.
Eligibility follows the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Review may require more evidence.
Approved refunds normally use the original payment method. Provider processing times vary.

How usage affects review
Attempting paid category quizzes means that access was used. Using a purchased teacher dashboard to create content, add/import questions or manage tools can also constitute use. Activated and used digital services may not be refundable under the policy.
What happens next?
The team checks payment, activation, duplicates, usage and policy. It may request evidence, approve/decline the refund or offer another resolution. Reply in the same thread. Cancelling AutoPay stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past payments.
A bank reversal for failed payment follows the provider’s transaction process and is different from an approved platform refund.
