How do I cancel AutoPay for my educator plan?
Stop future automatic renewals while keeping the remaining current period.
Use Cancel AutoPay in your educator subscription controls. Cancellation stops future renewal; the current trial or paid period continues until its existing end.
Use cancellation when you do not want another automatic plan charge. It is separate from requesting a refund or deleting your quizzes/account.
Cancel future renewal
- Sign in and open My Plans for your educator subscription.
- Check the active plan, current end date and next payment details.
- Choose Cancel AutoPay in the subscription status card. Read the confirmation and confirm if you want future renewals stopped.
- Check that the subscription shows AutoPay Cancelled or renewal off. If cancellation fails or the state does not update, contact support before assuming it stopped.
Useful information
During a trial
Cancel before the scheduled first paid charge if you do not want paid renewal. Your existing trial can continue until its expiry. The dashboard and educator quizzes may lock afterwards unless valid access is activated again.
During a paid period
Remaining paid access is not immediately cancelled. You can continue within the current plan rules until that period ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge or undo use of the digital service.
Check the actual status
Removing a saved payment card is not confirmation that AutoPay was cancelled. Use the subscription cancellation control and its updated state. If a charge has already been processed, request a separate payment/refund review rather than treating cancellation as a reversal.
