Where can I view my invoices or payment history?
Learn where to view payment history, invoices, order details, and billing records for learner purchases and teacher plans.
You can view your Quiz Pathshala billing and purchase history after logging in to your account.
Billing details may include learner category purchases, teacher plan records, payment receipts, trial confirmations, and downloadable receipt details where available.
How to open Billing Details
You can open Billing Details from your account menu.
You can use any active role, because Billing Details can be accessed from your account menu.
On desktop
To open Billing Details on desktop:
Login to your Quiz Pathshala account
Click your role or account dropdown from the navigation bar
Click Billing Details
On mobile
To open Billing Details on mobile:
Login to your Quiz Pathshala account
Tap the hamburger menu icon in the navigation bar
The sidebar will open
At the bottom of the sidebar, tap your name or email section
Click Billing Details
Billing & Purchase History page
After clicking Billing Details, you will be redirected to the Billing & Purchase History page.
This is the main billing selection page.
This page shows separate billing sections for:
Learner Billing
Teacher Billing
Choose the section based on the billing record you want to view.
Learner Billing section
Use Learner Billing to view learner category purchase history, transaction details, and receipt access.
Click the Open Learner Billing button to view learner billing records.
Teacher Billing section
Use Teacher Billing to view teacher plan purchase history, subscription or trial details, billing history, and receipt access.
Click the Open Teacher Billing button to view teacher billing records.
Learner Billing
Learner Billing opens from the Billing & Purchase History page.
It shows purchase records related to learner category access.
What details are shown in Learner Billing?
Learner Billing records may show:
Category name
Amount
Duration
Status
Purchase date
Details button
This helps you check which category was purchased, when it was purchased, and what its billing status is.
Learner billing receipt details
Each learner billing record may have a Details button.
Clicking Details opens a receipt-style page with more information about that purchase.
The receipt page may include:
Payment status
Order ID
Payment ID
Receipt date
Payment method
Billed to details
Issued by details
Purchase information
Access duration
Receipt summary
Total paid amount
You may also see an option to download the receipt for future reference.
Teacher Billing
Teacher Billing opens from the Billing & Purchase History page.
It shows billing records related to teacher plans, trials, subscriptions, and plan activation.
What details are shown in Teacher Billing?
Teacher Billing records may show:
Teacher plan name
Amount
Duration
Free trial duration, where applicable
Discount, where applicable
Status
Purchase or activation date
Payment method
Order ID
Details button
This helps teachers check plan purchase history, trial details, and billing status.
Teacher billing receipt or confirmation details
Each teacher billing record may have a Details button.
Clicking Details opens a receipt or confirmation page.
For paid teacher plans, it may show payment and plan details.
For free trial records, it may show trial confirmation and AutoPay mandate setup details.
Teacher receipt or confirmation details may include:
Payment or trial status
Order ID
Receipt date
Payment method
Plan information
Trial duration, if applicable
Amount charged
Billed to details
Issued by details
Total charged amount
Download confirmation or receipt option, where available
Free trial confirmation
If a teacher plan starts with a free trial, the billing page may show a trial confirmation instead of a paid invoice.
This means no paid plan amount has been charged yet.
A paid receipt or invoice may be generated after the first successful AutoPay charge, based on the teacher plan rules.
Payment success page
After a successful payment, you may see a payment success page.
The success page may show limited confirmation details such as:
Payment ID
Order ID
Success message
Full billing details, receipt, or invoice-style records may be available from the Billing Details section.
Downloading a receipt
If a download option is available, you can download the receipt or confirmation from the receipt details page.
Keep your receipt, Order ID, and Payment ID safe for future support or billing reference.
Why billing details may not appear immediately
Sometimes billing details may take a short time to update after payment.
This can happen due to:
Payment gateway processing
Payment confirmation delay
Pending payment status
Server update delay
Technical issue
If payment is successful but billing details or access are not visible after some time, contact Quiz Pathshala support.
What to do if payment is deducted but record is not visible
If money is deducted but billing record, receipt, access, or plan status is not visible, collect these details:
Registered email address
Purchase type
Category name or teacher plan name
Amount deducted
Payment ID, if available
Order ID, if available
Date and time of payment
Screenshot of payment confirmation, if available
Then contact Quiz Pathshala support for help.
Learner Billing and Teacher Billing are separate
Learner category purchases and teacher plan payments are separate.
Learner Billing is for learner category access.
Teacher Billing is for teacher plans, trials, subscriptions, and teacher dashboard access.
Important note
Billing Details can be opened from your account menu after login.
After clicking Billing Details, you will be redirected to the Billing & Purchase History page.
From this page, you can open Learner Billing or Teacher Billing based on the record you want to check.
Use the Details button inside a billing record to open receipt or confirmation details.
If payment is successful but billing record, receipt, category access, or teacher plan status is not updated, contact Quiz Pathshala support with available payment details and screenshots, if available.
