Learn what happens after learner category access expires, how paid quizzes are affected, and how to renew category access.
Learner category access on Quiz Pathshala is valid only for the selected access period.
After the access period expires, paid quizzes inside that category may become locked until you renew or purchase access again.
Category access expiry means your paid access period for a category has ended.
For example, if you purchased 1 month access for a category, your access will remain active only during that valid period.
After the validity ends, the category access becomes expired.
After category access expires:
Paid quizzes inside that category may become locked
You may not be able to attempt paid quizzes from that category
Your active access may no longer appear in My Categories
You may need to renew or purchase access again
Free quizzes, if available, may still be accessible based on platform rules

Switch to Learner role
Open the role or account dropdown from the navigation bar
Click My Attempts

After successful payment, the category access will be renewed
If you renew before the current category access expires, your new duration will be added to the existing remaining duration.
For example, if your category access has 10 days remaining and you renew with a 1 month duration, the new duration will be added after the remaining 10 days.
This helps avoid wasting your existing active access period.
After successful renewal:
Category access remains active or becomes active again
Paid quizzes inside that category can be accessed during the active period
Updated validity may appear on the My Categories page
