What happens when category access expires?
Renew paid-category access without losing saved attempt history.
After expiry, paid quizzes in that category lock again. Expiry does not delete saved Standard or Live attempts.
Expiry ends the paid access period for that category. It does not delete your account, erase a saved result or automatically renew the purchase. Public category information and available free quizzes remain subject to their own rules.
Renew access
- Sign in as Learner and open My Categories.
- Use Renew if the category is listed. If expired access is no longer listed, find it on Categories and use Buy Now.
- Check duration/price and complete payment.
- Check the updated validity in My Categories after successful verification.
Learner categories do not use AutoPay. Renew manually when you want more paid access.
Review saved submissions in My Attempts and purchases in Billing Details → Learner Billing. Free quizzes follow their own access rules.
Useful information
Renewing early or after expiry
If active access has 10 days remaining and you renew for another month, the month is added after those 10 days. After expiry, a verified purchase activates access again for its selected duration. Check the updated Valid until date rather than estimating it from an old payment message.
Where did the expired category go?
My Categories lists active purchased access, so expired access may no longer appear there. Use Categories to repurchase an available category and Billing Details to find its old receipt. My Attempts is for saved results; expiry does not make Practice results appear there.
Renewed but still locked?
Check payment verification for the same category/account. Share the payment/order reference with support if billing is confirmed but validity did not update. Other paid categories need separate purchases.
