Learn how to reset your password using email OTP if you cannot login to your Quiz Pathshala account.
If you forgot your Quiz Pathshala password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password option on the login page.
Password reset is available for accounts created using email and password.
Follow these steps to reset your password.
Go to the Quiz Pathshala login page.
Click on the Forgot Password option available on the login page.
On the next page, enter the registered email address of the account whose password you want to reset.
Make sure you enter the same email address that you used while creating your Quiz Pathshala account.
After entering your registered email address, click on the Send OTP button.
Quiz Pathshala will send an OTP to your registered email address.
After the OTP is sent, a new form will appear on the screen.
Enter the OTP that you received in your email.
Submit the OTP for verification.
After successful OTP verification, you will be redirected to the Set a New Password page.
On the Set a New Password page, enter your new password.
Then enter the same password again in the confirm password field.
After submitting the form, your new password will be saved.
After resetting your password, go to the login page and login using your registered email address and new password.
If you do not receive the OTP email, check these folders:
Spam
Junk
Promotions
Updates
Sometimes email delivery may take a few minutes, so please wait for a short time and check again.
Make sure you enter the OTP correctly.
Avoid adding extra spaces before or after the OTP.
If the OTP still does not work, you may need to request a new OTP if the option is available.
If you use Continue with Google to login, your password is managed by Google.
In that case, you do not need to reset a Quiz Pathshala password.
You can login by clicking Continue with Google on the login page and selecting the same Google account.
Use a password that is difficult to guess.
Avoid using simple passwords such as your name, mobile number, date of birth, or common words.
Do not share your password with anyone.
