How do I check My Categories, validity and progress?
Find active purchased categories, remaining days, quiz activity and renewal.
Sign in as Learner and open My Categories from the account menu to see active purchased category access.
Use this page to reach purchased quizzes and check current access. Use Billing Details for transaction records and My Attempts for individual saved results.
Open and use the page
- Sign in to the account used for purchase and switch to Learner.
- Open the role/profile dropdown at the top right on desktop, or the account icon at the top right on mobile.
- Choose My Categories. Check the category name, purchase date, Valid until date and remaining days.
- Use Open Category to browse quizzes, or Renew to review checkout when you want more access.
Useful information
What the overview means
The page can show active access count, available quizzes, question count and average progress. Category cards can show access/plan type, last activity and quiz progress. These are current overview figures, not invoices or a guarantee that every quiz is open.
How quiz progress works
Progress reflects quiz activity in the category. Repeating one quiz does not create several different completed quizzes. Practice is not stored in saved attempt history, so do not expect every Practice session to increase saved progress. Progress does not extend the access end date.
Missing or expired category
My Categories lists active purchased access. An expired, inactive or unavailable category may not appear. Check Categories for an available repurchase and Learner Billing for the old purchase record. A category bought through another account will not appear in this account.
