If your teacher profile is public and your teacher plan is active, your educator profile, categories, subcategories, and quizzes may appear on the Educators page.
What is a teacher profile?
A teacher profile is the educator-facing profile of a teacher on Quiz Pathshala.
It helps learners understand who created the quizzes and where to find that educator’s quiz content.
Your teacher profile may include details such as:
Teacher name
Profile photo
Designation
Profile URL
Tagline
Bio
Public profile status
Where does the teacher profile appear?
Teacher profiles can appear on the Educators page.
The Educators page may show a list of educators who have created their profile and made it public.
Learners can open an educator profile to view available content such as:
Categories
Subcategories
Quizzes
Question or content counts, where available
How to open teacher profile settings
You can open teacher profile settings in two ways.
From sidebar menu
To update your profile from the sidebar:
Login to your Quiz Pathshala account
Switch to Teacher role
Open the Teacher Dashboard
Click Teacher Profile from the sidebar menu
Update your profile details
Save the changes
From dashboard home page
You may also see an Update Profile button on the Teacher Dashboard home page.
You can click that button to open and update your teacher profile.
What is Make profile public?
Make profile public controls whether your educator profile can appear on the Educators page.
If Make profile public is enabled
If Make profile public is enabled, your educator profile may appear on the Educators page, based on other required conditions.
Learners may then be able to open your educator profile and view your categories, subcategories, and quizzes.
If Make profile public is disabled
If Make profile public is disabled, your profile will not appear on the Educators page.
If your profile is not public, learners will not be able to see your educator profile, categories, subcategories, or quizzes from the Educators page.
First-time teacher profile setup
After purchasing or activating a teacher plan for the first time, you should update your teacher profile.
To make your quizzes visible through the Educators page:
Update your teacher profile details
Add a proper teacher name
Set your profile URL
Add profile photo, tagline, and bio if available
Enable Make profile public
Complete required verification, if asked
Save the profile
Your educator profile will appear only when required visibility and verification conditions are satisfied.
Profile photo
You may upload a profile photo for your teacher profile.
Use a clean square image where possible.
Recommended image size may be at least 400 × 400 px.
A clear profile photo helps learners identify your educator profile easily.
Profile URL
The Profile URL is the public link for your educator profile.
For example, your educator profile URL may look like:

Use a clean and professional profile URL.
Tagline and bio
Tagline is a short one-line introduction.
Bio is a short professional introduction about you, your teaching area, or your quiz content.
Keep your profile simple, correct, and learner-friendly.
Mobile number verification
In some cases, the teacher profile form may include a mobile number field.
If mobile number verification is required, you may need to add and verify your mobile number before your educator profile can appear on the Educators page.
This may be required for security and account verification.
Mobile number privacy
Your mobile number will remain private.
It will not be shown publicly to learners or other teachers from your educator profile.
If mobile number field is not available
If the mobile number field is not available in your current profile form, you do not need to add a mobile number from this page.
Follow the fields currently shown in your Teacher Profile form.
Teacher profile and quizzes
Your teacher-created quizzes may appear under your educator profile.
Inside your profile, learners may see your categories, subcategories, and quizzes.
Quizzes can be public or private.
Public quiz
A public quiz does not require an access code.
Learners can attempt it based on quiz rules and access availability.
Private quiz
A private quiz requires the correct access code.
Private quizzes can still be visible on the educator profile page, but learners need the correct access code to attempt them.
Teacher plan must be active
Your teacher profile visibility depends on your active teacher plan or active trial.
If your teacher plan expires or becomes inactive, your educator profile may become hidden or inactive from the Educators page.
If your profile is hidden, learners may not be able to access your educator categories, subcategories, or quizzes.
What should I check before sharing your profile?
Before sharing your educator profile with learners, check:
Teacher plan or trial is active
Teacher profile details are correct
Make profile public is enabled
Mobile verification is complete, if required
Profile URL is correct
Categories are created
Quizzes are created
Required quiz modes are enabled

Your teacher profile may not be visible if:
Teacher plan or trial is inactive
Make profile public is disabled
Required profile details are incomplete
Mobile verification is required but not completed
Profile status is inactive, where applicable
Platform rules restrict profile visibility
There is a technical or account-related issue
Can I update my profile later?
Yes. You can update your teacher profile later from the Teacher Dashboard.
Update your profile whenever your teaching details, profile photo, tagline, bio, or content focus changes.

Do not add misleading, offensive, fake, copyrighted, or prohibited content in your profile.
