You are responsible for the accuracy, permitted use and settings of content you create, upload or import.
Responsibility covers written questions, Excel uploads, imported material and educator profile information. Check accuracy and presentation, because learners rely on both your content and settings.
Before sharing
- Content: Check questions, options, all correct-answer selections and explanations. Correct misleading/inaccurate material.
- Settings: Review modes, active status, questions, timer, scoring, schedule, reveal time and attempt limit.
- Access: Check plan and learner capacity. Use an access code for selected learners.
- Rights: Use original/authorized material. Do not upload pirated content, leaked papers or falsely claim official exam approval.
- Privacy: Use results for educational/quiz management purposes; do not publish private learner data without permission.

After learners have started
Correct mistakes promptly but consider active learners before changing questions, scoring or status. Use blocks only for needed restrictions; they affect your quizzes. Keep learner identity and private performance records confidential.

Review explanations and participation
Explanations should be clear, relevant and helpful for revision. Do not publish a private code in a public title/description.
Illegal, sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, threatening or harmful material is unsuitable for the educational platform. Policy violations may lead to hiding/removal, restricted tools or suspension/termination as applicable.
