To use the Teacher Dashboard on Quiz Pathshala, you need an active teacher plan or an active free trial, if available.
The Teacher Dashboard is used for creating quizzes, managing questions, using question banks, controlling quiz access, and reviewing learner attempts.
Teacher Dashboard access is available for users who want to use teacher features on Quiz Pathshala.
Quiz Pathshala has two roles:
Learner
Teacher
To use the Teacher Dashboard, your active role should be Teacher.
If your active role is Learner, switch to Teacher role before opening teacher features.
Teacher Dashboard access requires one of the following:
Active free trial, if available and eligible for your account
Active paid teacher plan
If you do not have active access, the Teacher Dashboard may remain locked.
Quiz Pathshala may provide a free trial for eligible users.
A free trial allows you to use Teacher Dashboard features for a limited time.
During the trial period, you may be able to use teacher features based on trial limits.
This may include features such as:
Creating quizzes
Adding questions
Managing quiz settings
Using available dashboard tools
Testing teacher dashboard features
The free trial can be used only once per user.
If you have already used a free trial for any teacher plan, you may not be eligible for another free trial.
If you activate a paid teacher plan directly without using the free trial first, you may not be eligible to use the free trial later.
Free trial availability depends on Quiz Pathshala rules and eligibility.
The free trial is available only for a limited time.
Trial features, limits, and availability may depend on Quiz Pathshala rules and the selected plan.
After the trial ends, Teacher Dashboard access may be locked.
To continue using Teacher Dashboard features, you need to purchase an active teacher plan.
Quiz Pathshala provides educator plans for Teacher Dashboard access.
The main difference between educator plans may be based on learner limits, pricing, billing duration, and available features.
Learner limit means how many unique learners can attempt quizzes created by a teacher during a monthly cycle.
For example, if a teacher has a plan with a 50 learner limit, then the first 50 unique learners may be able to attempt that teacher’s quizzes during that month.
If a learner is already counted within the allowed learner limit, that learner attempt the teacher’s quizzes multiple times based on quiz settings.
For example, if the plan allows 50 learners, those 50 learners can continue attempting available quizzes according to quiz rules.
If the monthly learner limit is full, the next new learner may not be able to attempt that teacher’s quizzes.
For example, if the plan limit is 50 learners, the 51st new learner may not be allowed to attempt until the monthly learner limit resets or the teacher upgrades the plan.
Learner limits reset every month while the teacher plan is active.
After the monthly reset, learners can again be counted from the beginning for the new monthly cycle.
If the teacher plan is expired, inactive, cancelled, or not renewed, Teacher Dashboard access may be locked.
In this case, the teacher’s categories and quizzes may be hidden from learners.
To make teacher-created content available again, the teacher may need to activate or purchase a valid teacher plan.
You can purchase a teacher plan from the educator plans or teacher plans section.
Go to the Educator Plans or Teacher Plans page on Quiz Pathshala.
Check the available teacher plans carefully.
Plans may have different limits and features, such as:
Learner limits

Select the plan that matches your requirement.
The most important thing to check is how many learners may attempt your quizzes every month.
For example, choose a plan based on whether you need access for around:
50 learners
200 learners
500 learners
More learners, if available
If you have a small batch, a lower learner limit may be enough.
If you have more learners, coaching batches, or a larger audience, you should choose a plan with a higher learner limit.
After selecting a plan, continue to the checkout page.
On the checkout page, review all details carefully before payment.
You may see:

AutoPay or subscription details
Payment summary
To activate a paid teacher plan or trial, you may need to complete payment setup through the payment gateway.
If AutoPay is required for the selected teacher plan or trial, you need to complete the AutoPay setup during checkout.
Teacher plans may work through AutoPay or subscription billing.
This means the plan may renew automatically based on the billing cycle, unless cancelled as per platform rules.
AutoPay may be required to:
Start a subscription-based teacher plan
Activate a free trial linked with a teacher plan
Continue the plan after the billing cycle

After successful payment, trial setup, or subscription activation, your Teacher Dashboard access will be activated.

Your Teacher Dashboard may be locked if you do not have active access.
Teacher Dashboard may be locked if:
Your free trial has ended
Your teacher plan has expired
Payment was not completed
AutoPay setup failed
Your subscription is inactive
Your account access is restricted due to policy reasons
If your Teacher Dashboard is locked, check your active plan or trial status.
You may need to purchase a teacher plan or complete the required payment setup to unlock dashboard access again.
Learners may not be able to attempt your teacher-created quizzes for different reasons.
This may happen if:
Your teacher plan is inactive
Your teacher plan has expired
Your monthly learner limit is full
The quiz is private and learner does not have the correct access code
The quiz is not active or not available
The quiz schedule does not allow attempts at that time
Check your teacher plan status, learner limit usage, quiz visibility, access code settings, and quiz schedule.
If everything looks correct but learners still cannot attempt your quizzes, contact Quiz Pathshala support.
If your payment or AutoPay setup is successful but the Teacher Dashboard is still locked, wait for a short time and refresh the page.
If the issue continues, contact Quiz Pathshala support.
