How do I unlock the Teacher Dashboard?
Activate an educator plan or eligible trial and open your workspace.
Switch to Teacher and activate an educator plan or eligible trial. Role switching alone does not unlock tools.
Role selection and dashboard activation are separate. A learner category purchase does not unlock teacher tools. Choose an educator plan for the audience and unique learner count your quizzes need.
Activate access
- Sign in, switch to Teacher and open Educator Plans.
- Choose a plan after checking limit, billing cycle and price. Individual is for the same adult account’s own use.
- Review trial eligibility/end, first charge, renewal amount and AutoPay terms at checkout.
- Complete required AutoPay setup and any payment due.
- After verification, open Teacher Dashboard and check active plan status.
Trial availability is account-dependent and one-time. Prior trial use or direct paid activation can make a later trial unavailable.
Still locked?
Refresh and check My Plans and Billing Details → Teacher Billing. If setup/payment succeeded, send support plan name, registered email and payment/order reference.

Trial or paid activation?
An eligible trial provides access for the displayed limited period and is one-time. Checkout explains the first charge and requires AutoPay authorization. Direct paid access requires its payment/setup verification too.
Individual versus batch use
Individual is for the same registered adult’s own account, not a slot assigned to an outside learner. Use a suitable higher-capacity plan for other accounts. Check the actual plan page for prices/limits.
After activation, complete Teacher Profile and prepare quizzes. Cancel AutoPay stops future charges; current trial/paid access continues to its existing end.
